Child Safety Standards Talk to My Face is committed to the safety of all individuals and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Age Requirement Talk to My Face is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. All users must confirm their age during registration. We use Veriff, a third-party identity verification service, to verify user identities and help prevent underage access to our platform. Zero Tolerance for CSAM We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. Any such content is immediately removed and the associated account is permanently terminated without warning. Content Moderation We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect, remove, and report prohibited content. Profile photos and images shared through our platform are subject to content moderation checks to maintain a safe environment. In-App Reporting Users can report any safety concern directly within the app using the report feature available on every profile and conversation. All reports are reviewed promptly by our team. Cooperation with Authorities We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report any discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant regional and national authorities as required by law. Account Enforcement Any account found to be in violation of these standards is immediately and permanently banned. We reserve the right to report such violations to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
